Ash- for my photo editing I am using Jasc Paint Shop Pro (I don't really like it, It's not very user friendly) and for scrapbooking I'm using Scrapbook Factory. Scrapbook Factory dosen't do much in the way of photo editing that is why I use the paint shop, but it takes a while to figure a picture out. What are you using for your Blogger templates?
Photoshop Elements, which is a photo editing program. We use it to do all of our scrapbook stuff as well. Everything your sister-in-law makes I can do the same in this program. Digital scrapbook paper and elements for my other supplies :).
