I've lost my camera...I hope

There will be no pictures today or for a while. I was taking pictures of the kids outside 2 days ago. Never thought again about it until tonite when we were in the hot tub. I went inside to get it to take some more pictures and it was nowhere to be found.
I looked everywhere. I knew immediatley something was seriously wrong because I always put it in the same spot and it wasn't there. I couldn't even remember bringing it inside. So I began to think I left it outside and somebody stole it.
Then R told me to ask C. I asked him if he knew where my camera was. He said that he put it in the bottom drawer. I looked it wasn't there and couldn't fit in there because our first aid kit was taking up the whole drawer. So I asked him again. He took me outside and told me that he took a picture of his balloon and then he lost it. At this point I am pretty sure he's done something with it. I ask him again. He tells me that he put it in the bottom drawer with the bandaids and he smashed it and broke it. He said that it freaked him out so he threw it away. Our garbage man came today. AHHHHH!! I don't want to believe him but I can't figure out where it is and why I can't find it, I am always so careful with it. So I hope I lost my camera or else it is gone for good if C really did what he said.
