Flag Football and Soccer

Carver started playing flag football this past week. He has had 3 practices and his first game was tonight. You would think I would have some killer pics right? Well, flaky Kas forgot to bring both the camera or the bloggie so I have nothing to show for it. But I can tell you he is a super fast runner, so they put him in that position that needs to run super fast to tackle (pull the flag off) the other players, you know that position right? You know, that position......ummmmm........ I will ask my hubby later. Obviously I really need to learn a little more about the game and the positions. RUNNING BACK! Maybe? Huh? I'm not really sure. Anyway, he is loving it and I think it is so cute when he tells me about the plays they are learning. Really? He is just 7.

And for soccer.....Payton is finally, after 3 years of watching Carver play, able to get out there and play himself. Well not yet. I signed him up late and we had to miss the first game of the season, but hopefully the team he is assigned to's coach will call me before Saturday so Payton can play. He is DYING to play and keeps asking me how many sleeps before his game.

So, lets recap, I have no photos of Carver's first football game because I forgot the camera and bloggie and I have no pics of Payton's first soccer game because we missed it because we signed up too late. I swear I am a better mom than this post perceives me to be. Next week you will have so many pics that you will be sick of them!!!
