What to do??? First some more family pictures

We went to Flying J to get these taken. My side of the family was there. My three brothers, my sister-in-law, and my parents and my kids and hubby. It was a nightmare!! First of all it was hell trying to talk the boys (older mind you) into leaving my parents backyard to take the pictures. Brian wanted to know why we couldn't just photoshop in the background. We could have our pictures taken at Niagra Falls, he says. Then to top it off, when we got there we had to make sure their pictures go done first. Me with my four year old and 18 month old yelling and screaming and the older boys had to get theirs done first. They are such babies!!!!!

These weren't even professionally done. We used my camera, a Nikon D40 and my sister-in-laws cute ideas. They turned out okay if you ask me.

Now with the "What do I do???"

I got a phone call last week. It was my boss asking me if I wanted to come to work full-time as the "office coordinator."

Right now, I do most of my work from home. I am not the office coordinator but I am an assistant/secretary for the primary counselor. I work a total of 20 hrs a week and about 15 of those hours are from home. I know that this is a dream job for most mom's (and me, that is why I am having such a hard time making up my mind about this). I also know that going back to work full-time (especially with the HUGE pay raise I would get) would really help out. I have really been struggling with what I should do???? Any suggestions?? My kids have never been in any kind of a daycare either so I am really struggling with the idea of that, too.
