I'm a working Mama!!
I offically took the job today. It was super hard decision!! My boss did a great job fighting for the pay I wanted. R and I have worked out a schedule where we don't need to take the kids to a babysitter at all and I feel ALOT better with that. Like most of you know R is a firefighter so essentially he would never work more than 3 days per work week and alot of the time it would be less just depending on how the days fell. My mom and his mom both said they would each take the kids one day a week. I have also enlisted my neighbors and friends (thanks Meagan and Holly) who say they will help out every once-in-a-while. So I feel really good about the whole situation.

Congrats on the job! That is a hard decision and I am glad you found whats best for your family. I am maybe going to try and find me something after the first of the year. My husband and I would have to just go off each others schedules.
