Santa Claus

This is my little "angel". P-bug loves to get behind the tree and sit on the wrapped presents like this. Or, if he is tired of sitting (or destroying) on the presents, he thinks it is fun to rip them open. Or if he is tired of ripping open everyone's presents then his thinks its fun to take the ornaments off the tree and use them as bouncy balls......ahhhhhh!!!!!! My little angel has turned into my little devil. Last night I took C and J-bug ice skating with Santa. It was sooo much fun, but it was also a lot of work. C had never been ice skating and he was very afraid. The whole time I had to put my arms around his waist. So I was skating and he was in front of me and I was bent over with my arms around his waist. Mind-you....I had never been ice skating before either. J-bug has taken lessons but they were a long time ago-so she was attached to the side of the rink where she could keep both hands on something at all times. I am sure we were a sight, the three of us!!!

Before we went ice skating we went to the mall to see Santa. These are the pictures from them. If you can find anywhere else to take your kids than the mall, I would strongly recommend it. I also had been warned, but ignored it.

He was not a very merry Santa. He was very onery. Not cheery, not happy, not in the Christmas spirit at all!!! He looked like he hated his job. I really felt bad for my kids. It was a good thing that we went ice skating and the Santa there was happy to be Santa. J even commented on Mall Santa's attitude. I will be e-mailing the Newgate mall about their choice in Santa's this year.

There are no pictures of P with Santa becuase he wouldn't go anywhere near him. Probably a good thing. Oh ya, and the beard was so fake it was laughable, the kids didn't buy it one bit!!
